1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Livy Voice Chat & Live Streaming (“Livy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the Livy Android application, package name com.livy.voicechat, the website at livyvoice.com, and related services.

By creating an account, accepting these Terms in the app, or using Livy, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Livy.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

Livy is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. You may not use Livy if you are under 18, are legally prohibited from using the service, or previously had an account permanently removed for serious or repeated violations.

You must provide an accurate date of birth and must not misrepresent your age or identity. We may restrict or close an account if we reasonably believe the user is under 18 or provided false eligibility information.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate, current account and profile information.
• Keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure.
• Do not sell, transfer, rent, or share access to your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.

Usernames, profile images, bios, and other profile elements must comply with our Community Guidelines. We may require changes where necessary to protect users, prevent impersonation, or enforce these Terms.

4. The Livy service

Livy provides live audio and video rooms, one-to-one communications, random matching, posts, short videos, comments, following, gifts, rankings, and creator or host tools. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Availability may vary by device, country, account status, or service capacity.

You are responsible for your internet access, compatible equipment, and any carrier or data charges.

5. User-generated content

“User Content” includes anything you stream, upload, post, transmit, record, display, or otherwise make available through Livy, including audio, video, images, profile information, messages, comments, and reports.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Livy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, distribute, and make your User Content available only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is required for backups, safety, evidence preservation, legal compliance, or content shared with others.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for the User Content you submit and that it does not violate law, another person’s rights, or these policies. Do not stream or upload people who have not consented where consent is required.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not use Livy to:

• Sexually exploit, abuse, groom, endanger, or sexualize a child, or create, request, possess, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Share non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation content, or content that violates another person’s privacy.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, bully, hatefully attack, or encourage violence against another person or group.
• Impersonate another person, deceive users, commit fraud, spam, manipulate engagement, or distribute malicious software.
• Promote illegal goods, illegal services, trafficking, or other unlawful activity.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Evade moderation, suspensions, age restrictions, access controls, or security protections.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or access Livy through unauthorized automated means, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Coins, gifts, purchases, and host earnings

Livy may offer virtual coins, gifts, subscriptions, status features, or other digital items. Purchased virtual items are licensed, not sold; have no property value; and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except through an expressly authorized Livy creator, host, agency, or payout program.

Prices, benefits, conversion rates, eligibility, and availability may change as permitted by law. Purchases processed by Google Play, Stripe, or another payment provider are also subject to that provider’s terms and refund rules. Do not use virtual items to request, reward, conceal, or encourage prohibited conduct.

Host or agency earnings may require identity verification, eligibility review, minimum balances, tax information, fraud screening, and compliance with separate program rules. We may withhold or reverse amounts associated with fraud, chargebacks, manipulation, or policy violations where permitted by law.

8. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Livy provides in-app reporting and blocking controls on supported profiles, chats, posts, short videos, live rooms, comments, and random matches. We may use automated signals and human review to investigate content and behavior.

We may remove content, reduce its distribution, restrict features, interrupt a live session, preserve relevant information, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. The action taken depends on severity, context, history, risk, and legal obligations. Serious safety violations may be escalated to relevant authorities.

Reports must be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself violate these Terms.

9. Livy intellectual property

The Livy service, branding, design, software, and other materials supplied by us are owned by or licensed to Livy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

If you believe content on Livy infringes your rights, email us with identification of the protected work, the content at issue, your contact information, and a good-faith statement explaining the claim.

10. Third-party services

Livy may use or link to third-party services for authentication, live communications, hosting, analytics, advertising, payments, notifications, and sharing. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

11. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using Livy at any time and may request account deletion using our Account and Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, investigate misuse, respond to legal requests, or prevent harm.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, enforcement, disclaimers, limitations, and legal obligations—will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Livy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that all content will be accurate or safe, or that every violation will be detected before exposure. Use caution when interacting with people you do not know and never send money or sensitive information in response to pressure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, safety, legal, or operational changes. We will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or through another reasonable channel. If renewed acceptance is required, you must accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected features.
