Community Guidelines

1. Core principles

Livy is an adults-only social platform for live voice, live video, and community interaction. Users may express themselves and connect with others, but must do so without exploiting, endangering, deceiving, or violating the rights of another person.

You must be at least 18 years old, follow local law, respect consent and privacy, and comply with these Guidelines and our Terms of Use.

2. Child safety: zero tolerance

Livy strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a person under 18.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating, uploading, livestreaming, requesting, possessing, saving, sharing, selling, linking to, or promoting CSAM, including real, altered, computer-generated, or synthetic depictions.
• Grooming, sexual conversations with minors, sextortion, sexual coercion, or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
• Child trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or offering money, gifts, coins, status, or benefits for sexual content or conduct involving a minor.
• Sexualized comments, roleplay, age-play, imagery, or behavior involving or appearing to involve a minor.
• Helping another person find, evade detection for, or distribute exploitative content.

3. Sexual exploitation and prohibited sexual content

• No non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeurism, sexual coercion, sextortion, or threats to expose intimate content.
• No nudity or explicit sexual activity in profiles, posts, reels, streams, messages, or other content where prohibited by Livy policy or applicable law.
• No trafficking, escort solicitation, prostitution, compensated sexual arrangements, or offers to exchange coins, gifts, money, or status for sexual activity or explicit content.
• No secretly recorded intimate content or sexual content involving a person who cannot consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Prior consent to create or share content does not imply consent to redistribute it elsewhere.

4. Harassment, threats, and hateful conduct

Do not bully, stalk, repeatedly contact, shame, intimidate, blackmail, or coordinate abuse against another person. Credible threats, wishes of serious harm, and encouragement of violence are prohibited.

Livy does not allow attacks, dehumanizing language, exclusion, or calls for harm based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or serious medical condition.

Criticism and disagreement are permitted when they do not become targeted abuse, threats, or hateful conduct.

5. Violence, dangerous conduct, and self-harm

• No credible threats, instructions to commit violent wrongdoing, praise for violent extremist acts, or recruitment for dangerous organizations.
• No graphic violence shared to shock, glorify harm, or target a victim.
• No promotion, encouragement, or instruction for suicide, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or eating-disorder behavior.
• No live content showing imminent serious harm instead of seeking emergency assistance.

If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Livy is not an emergency-response service.

6. Privacy, identity, and personal information

• Do not share another person’s home address, private phone number, financial data, identity documents, login credentials, or precise real-time location without permission.
• Do not impersonate another person, organization, Livy representative, or public figure in a deceptive manner.
• Do not record or rebroadcast private calls, rooms, or messages without the permission required by applicable law.
• Do not use another person’s images or identity to deceive, harass, defraud, or create non-consensual synthetic media.

7. Fraud, spam, and illegal activity

• No scams, phishing, deceptive fundraising, fraudulent investment schemes, payment manipulation, chargeback abuse, or theft.
• No spam, bulk unsolicited contact, fake engagement, coordinated metric manipulation, or malicious links and software.
• No sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, forged documents, trafficking services, or other illegal goods and services.
• No gambling or contests that violate applicable law or Livy rules.
• No use of gifts, coins, host programs, or agency tools to launder value, exploit users, or evade financial controls.

8. Intellectual property

Only upload or stream content you created or have permission to use. Do not share copyrighted music, video, artwork, broadcasts, trademarks, or other protected material in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Rights holders may contact livyoffcial@gmail.com with a detailed claim.

9. Enforcement

Livy may review reports and other available signals and may:

• Remove content or stop a live stream.
• Limit discovery, messaging, live access, gifts, or other features.
• Issue a warning or require corrective action.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently ban an account.
• Preserve relevant records and report matters to payment providers, child-safety organizations, or law enforcement when appropriate or legally required.

We consider severity, context, harm, intent, prior history, risk of recurrence, and legal obligations. A single severe violation may result in permanent removal. Attempts to evade enforcement may lead to removal of related accounts.

10. Reporting and blocking

Use Livy’s in-app Report and Block controls available on supported profiles, chats, posts, reels, live rooms, comments, and random matches. Choose the category that best describes the concern and provide accurate context.

For child-safety concerns, also email livyoffcial@gmail.com. Do not attach suspected CSAM to an email. Include the Livy user ID, content or room identifier, date and time, and a description sufficient for us to locate the content.
